A healthy diet for me and my daughter is for me not cooking with cooking oil but substituted with PAM or vegetable or soybean. Eating at least 3 vegetables or fruits. Going out to walk around. Once every 2 days to the park. Avoiding fast food. Eating more salads, chicken and salmon. And for me try to exercise every day
